Monte Morris
General Manager
Monte Morris is the General Manager of Bob’s Steak & Chop House Grapevine. With over 43 years in the restaurant business, Monte has opened, operated, or supervised over sixty restaurants throughout his career. He’s been with the Bob’s team for over thirteen years and has worked with six other Bob’s locations during that time. With a lifetime spent in the cattle business, be sure to ask Monte for his recommendations on the best, in-market and high-quality, off-menu steak cuts and seafood items.
Monte and the entire Grapevine team have helped raise over 1.2 million dollars for local schools, churches, and other local charities as the team continues to give back to the community that has given such overwhelming support. From the moment you walk in the door to when you take your last bite of Bob’s Classic Bread Pudding for dessert, Monte and the entire Bob’s Grapevine team prioritize customer service and quality food above all and is here to help facilitate a best-in-class dining experience for every guest.

Sam Banjonero
Executive Chef
Chef Sam Bajonero is Grapevine’s Chef de Cuisine. With 24 years in the industry, Chef Bajonero started with Bob’s as a Sous Chef twelve years ago then served as the Chef for Bob’s Grapevine for over eight years. Chef Bajonero studied in London later opening his own continental-style restaurant in 1995. Chef Bajonero and his culinary team are the heart of Bob’s Steak & Chop House with Chef Bajonero directly supervising every dish that comes out of the kitchen.
