Adam Pickett
General Manager
Adam Pickett serves as the General Manager at Bob’s San Francisco where he is responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s operations and staff. Adam earned his degree at Louisiana Tech University before attending the French Culinary Institute in New York. Adam has been with the Bob’s team since 2013.

Thomas Rhodes
Executive Chef
Chef Thomas Rhodes currently serves as the Executive Chef of the Omni San Francisco Hotel. In this role, Chef Rhodes oversees the luxury hotel’s culinary operations – including Bob’s Steak & Chop House – as well as banquets and in-room dining. Chef Rhodes brings 20 years of creating culinary excellence at world-class hotels, including the five-star Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz, France, and San Francisco’s legendary Palace Hotel, where he prepared dinner for His Holiness The Dalia Lama, to his role as executive chef of the Bob’s Steak & Chop House in San Francisco.
