Executive Chef Andre Decker brings more than 32 years of restaurant experience to Bob’s Steak & Chop House, with a career rooted in premier steakhouses and classic American dining. He has honed his craft at respected establishments including Ruth’s Chris, Daniel’s Broiler, Stanley & Seafort’s, Ram Brewing Company, Spazzo’s, and ER Rogers, gaining experience across all aspects of kitchen operations.

Chef Decker is known for leading with care and consistency, always looking out for his team. Time spent with his son outside the kitchen keeps him grounded and shapes the thoughtful, people-first approach he brings to his culinary leadership
