Originally from Philadelphia, Chef Daniel has a background in fine dining, and now dedicates his time and discipline to ensure an optimal culinary experience at Bob’s Barton Creek. Over the course of Chef Daniel’s career, he has studied & worked alongside highly accredited chef mentors. Daniel had the privilege of cooking at the James Beard House when one of his mentors was a James Beard Award winner.

In Daniel’s spare time he loves to “sharpen” his knife skills, truly dedicated to his craft.
