With 30 years of culinary experience, Jonathan has ascended through the ranks to establish a notable career as an Executive Chef. Prior to joining Bob's Steak & Chop House, Jonathan has led prestigious kitchens at The Palm Restaurant in NYC, San Diego, San Antonio, and Nashville. Additionally, he served as the Executive Chef and General Manager for Wolfgang Puck Worldwide in Los Angeles, consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences and operational excellence.
