Jonathan Medina

Executive Chef

Jonathan Medina is the Executive Chef of Bob's in Oklahoma City. Chef Medina’s career spans over two decades in the culinary field. His passion for food was ignited during his childhood, where he found himself immersed in the captivating aromas and flavors of his family's kitchen. Medina's culinary journey commenced in Southern California. It was during this time that he discovered an affinity for high quality meats, igniting a lifelong passion for grilling and carving. Today, Medina continues to push for culinary perfection with every dish. His dedication to teamwork and mentorship has not only defined his career but also inspired those around him. Medina's story is a testament to the power of passion, hard work, and a relentless pursuit of a dream that was first born on the apron-strings of his Grandmas, Aunties, and Mom.

Brooke Klag

General Manager

Brooke Klag is the General Manager of Bob’s Steak and Chop House Oklahoma City. She has been with Bob’s OKC since the doors opened in January 2021 and spent the last 12 of her 24 years in hospitality working in fine dining. Her love of fine wine and creating memorable experiences combine beautifully with Bob’s reputation for serving only the highest quality prime steaks and award-winning wine lists. Brooke grew up on a wheat and cattle farm in Okarche, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2007. When Brooke is not at work, she is spending time outdoors with her son, Hudson, or attending wine tastings with her husband, Matt, who is also in the hospitality business.
