Silvio Carbone
General Manager
Silvio Carbone has served as the General Manager of Bob’s Steak & Chop House Plano since 2003. With over 30 years in the restaurant industry, Silvio has opened over a dozen Bob’s locations worldwide, serving as Regional Manager and Vice President of Operations. The service at Bob’s Plano is best-in-class, partly thanks to Silvio's incredible leadership and expertise. We believe the dining experience is not just about the food but also the atmosphere and the company you share it with.
Alberto Espana
Chef
Chef Alberto has been with the Bob’s family for nearly 20 years. Alberto first joined Bob’s Steak & Chop House in 2002 where he started in the kitchen learning how to work in every position until eventually working his way up and being promoted to Executive Chef in 2022. His invaluable work-ethic, leadership, and dedication have all been a major part of the restaurant’s long running success.
While working at Bob’s Steak & Chop House, Chef Alberto has also contributed to the success of many other restaurants and establishments, devoting his personal time to perfecting his craft and learning new techniques. His many years of experience and passion for the restaurant industry are what has helped him to grow as a leading professional in this business. Outside of the restaurant, Alberto enjoys watching Soccer, cooking for others, and making his favorite dish, Pollo Asado, for his wonderful family.
